"The morning driver was on time and friendly. I had to call in the afternoon as my driver was late, was told he was 7 minutes away, then had another call to give me his car reg. He was 15 mins late which meant I missed my train and had to get another one, and he told me he was an uber driver who you'd just called when I chased up my late cab. So you lied when you told me he was 7 minutes away. If I wanted an uber I'd have called an uber. I booked you to get my train on time and then had to rearrange my whole journey. "

"First trip on 1 august from Home to LGW was fine. All on time, good driver However return trip was abysmal and drive was a no show. After calling and rearranging our pickup from LGW at the end of the holiday due to flight cancellations and delays, being told everything was fine, when we landed I responded to the drivers voicemail and texts stating we had landed and I’d message when we had our bags and then by the time we got through he wasn’t replying. Eventually spoke to someone who said he’d given up and left as I hadn’t replied to his messages. I’d had no additional messages or calls. Have found it impossible to contact someone to ask for a refund. Absolutely disgusting to be left at the airport like this and also to have no way of contacting by email to sort"

"On the journey to the airport, the driver did not know the way and was not able to read the satnav properly. If we had not told him which way to go, he would have taken us a longer route. On the return trip the taxi broke down and a new one had to be sent, meaning that the driver was at least 20 minutes late. There was also confusion about where we would be picked up. I assumed that meet and greet meant the driver would park up and meet us at arrivals, but it took several phone calls to find him at the drop off point when there was a pickup point. It was not impressive and we won't be using the service again. "

Was told that I could cancel, but would not get a refund as was not giving 24hours notice. "The reason for the poor rating represents the service on both the airport drop-off and pick-up. The first ride to the airport was late in picking me up by 20 minutes, and the excuse was that he was waiting at another address. On route to the airport the driver was swaying across lanes on an empty M25 from falling asleep and almost hitting another car. The pickup from the airport was less fortunate since my first driver had a car breakdown/accident so another one had to be dispatched, taking an additional 1:10 min, but in reality nearly 2hrs from my original pickup time. Although accidents do happen, I (THE CLIENT) was still left paying the bill rather than the taxi company. Hopefully this feedback will be taken into account to improve the service."

In no circumstance is that acceptable. I didn’t book this taxi so I could risk my life. When I booked it stated the cab could carry more than 2 pax so I do not understand the extra charge for luggage. We had 3 medium soft bags and 2 small hand luggage . I had £10 to tip the driver but it went on the luggage instead. It is not really clear when you book that you will be charged £10 for one extra bag. A bit steep as it fitted in fine. Most pax would have 1 hold bag and 1 cabin bag. We were pretty unhappy about this. "
